VLR Peugeot 307 bodykit

Working with the Engineers at VLR, Andy designed a BTCC bodykit for the Halfords Peugeot 307, which raced in 2003.

Proposals were sketched up (right) before an Adobe Illustrator drawing was created, which was also used as a media release as the car was still being built. Autosport and Halfords also used the imagery.

The BTCC look was understated and lighter than traditional kits of other BTCC teams of the era who added boxy lower panels. This trend is now common-place in BTCC to use this approach, which has since been copied
