Long term client, CJ Wilson Racing, recently announced a partnership with Porsche GT3 Cup team, WinWard Racing to run a Porsche Cayman GT4 ClubSport in the IMSA Continental Tires SportsCar Challenge.
The Techemet design incorporates the CJ Wilson Racing graphics introduced last year with Graphite and chrome Blue hues. While I wasn’t involved in the small tweak to the existing livery I was able to contribute on a Forza based render which was used for the press announcement earlier this week. Top Forza skin creator, ‘SCSSkreamies’ captured the image below from Forza, complete with the Road America bridge and I then photoshopped this Cayman into a full ‘GT4 Clubsport’ model with new splitter, air intakes, rear wing, additional branding, wheels and adjusted interior.
It is a cool experience when my clients join forces.

Entering the last season of competition with this generation of MX-5, the roadster retains the livery design based off team owner and NBA Baseball star, CJ Wilson’s signature. Using AERO materials, the chrome Blue paint film works with a brushed Aluminum vinyl to tie in with partner Modspace.
The design allows for multiple variations as seen on CJ Wilson’s fleet of MX-5 Cup cars in 2014 and the CTSC Total and Zoom Zoom liveries used by their #3 entry in 2014.
